Aaron Cole Rigsby

Our little superhero, Aaron Cole Rigsby, ran into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, February 8th, 2025 at the precious age of 3. Aaron was born on April 14th, 2021. He was so full of life and was always running around bringing chaos and joy everywhere he went. He loved spending time with his big sissy and making his little brother laugh. Aaron dreamed about being a superhero, you could always find him dressed in his Spidey costume shooting his webs. His greatest qualities were his bright blue eyes, his contagious laugh, and his big, adorable smile that could melt any heart. Some of Aaron’s favorite things were bedtime stories with his mommy, and gardening and going to the “guy store” with his daddy. He loved fishing with his Papa and sleepovers at his Gogo’s. Aaron also loved playing monsters with his TT and dancing with his Mimi. He enjoyed cuddling with his KK and hanging out with his buddy “Bracken.” He loved playing outside with his dog Evie and he enjoyed time with all his daycare workers. They made him feel so special. Aaron is survived by his mother and father, Jessica and Chris Rainbolt; big sister, Neverle (5); his little brother, Asher (1); and his brother, Stryker (10); his grandparents, Mike and Carrie Rigsby; aunt, Emilee Graves and husband Tristan; aunt, Katelyn Rigsby and boyfriend Braxton all of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; grandparents, Robin Smith and spouse Jody of Henryetta, Oklahoma; aunt, Stacy Brannon and spouse Kyle, and sons of Mounds, Oklahoma; aunt, Mary Slader and spouse Jeff, and son of Muskogee, Oklahoma; along with many well-loved family and friends. Visitation with family receiving friends will be 5PM-7PM, Friday, February 21, 2025 at Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home in Fort Gibson. A celebration of Aaron’s life will be 2PM, Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Crescent Valley Baptist Church in Tahlequah with Pastor Chadd Pendergraft officiating. The family is welcoming everyone to wear Spider Man, Avengers, or Aaron’s favorite color, red, to his celebration. Committal prayers and interment will follow at the Rigsby family cemetery with Tristan Graves, Braxton Davenport, James Rigsby, Gabe Carter, Robby Walkingstick, and Gil McLaughlin serving as casket bearers.
