Billie Marvine Davis

Billie Marvine (Eubanks) Davis, 65, of Fort Gibson, was born on March 12, 1957, in Muskogee, OK to William Edgar and Faye (Walters) Eubanks and peacefully passed away Saturday, August 20, 2022, with her loving family by her side. Billie grew up in Wagoner, OK where she received her formal education and graduated from Wagoner High School. Billie and her twin brother, Bobby, when they weren’t aggravating each other, would spend all day riding bikes in the 1960’s until the street lights came on. Billie married Bobby Doty in 1979. She was fun-loving and charming. Billie was a daddy’s girl so much that her brother would call her "Edgar," which she would reply, “Okay Faye.” She was a queen. Billie was known as the French Fry Queen while employed at Sonic, and the Bingo Queen later in life. If she wasn’t frying potatoes for her family, she was playing Super Nintendo, including but not limited to, The Legend of Zelda ‘Link to the Past’ and Super Mario World. Billie loved shopping. From online to window shopping, she enjoyed it all. Especially shopping for purses. She always wanted to have long conversations on the phone with her family and they would oblige. When everything would slow down, Billie didn’t mind slowing down with a crossword puzzle or two. She also enjoyed spending her down time at the arts and crafts table cross stitching and building bird houses. Billie was a lifelong attendee of the Pentecostal Church of God in Fort Gibson until her health prevented her from attending. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by her twin brother, Bobby Eubanks of Springfield, MO; brothers, W.E. (Dub) Eubanks of Branson, MO and Jackie Eubanks of Okay, OK; son, Will Davis of Muskogee, OK; granddaughters, Amber Davis of Muskogee, OK and April Davis of Muskogee, OK; favorite niece, Amy (Eubanks) Thomas of Wagoner, OK; favorite nephew, Bobby Joe Eubanks of Wagoner, OK; the wonderful staff of Fort Gibson Nursing Home, a special friend, Stephanie; a host of other nieces, nephews, lots of family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her first husband, Bobby Doty. Billie’s wishes were to be cremated and have a visitation for friends to gather with her family and share all their memories. A visitation with family to greet friends will be held 5PM-7PM Monday, August 29, 2022, at Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home, Fort Gibson.
