Carol Diane Strebel

Carol Diane Strebel, 60, of Okay, was born July 15, 1963, to Chester and Martha Louise (Bolinger) Rappe in Muskogee and departed this life Tuesday, April 2, 2024, in Muskogee. She received her education, graduating high school in 1981. Carol attended college and began her employment with DalTile. Her career spanned over 14 years reaching the rank of Glaze Line Operator. Carol was an avid NASCAR fan and watching St. Louis baseball and OU football. Her family fondly recalls the many meals Carol either baked or cooked for them. She cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren. Carol was always ready with her camera documenting her family’s achievements, as well as the scenery while traveling. She had a green thumb and was passionate about gardening. Carol’s legacy of love and devotion will always be remembered by her family and friends, and always remember, “Raise Hell, Praise Dale!” She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marion and Charlcie Rappe, Denzley Elmo and Dona Bolinger; father, Troy Chester Rappe; son, Billy Dean Lee, Jr.; nephew, Keith Washington; aunt, Saundra Osborn; uncle, Charlie Bolinger; sister, Brenda Frazier Carol’s legacy will continue through her husband, David of the home; mother, Martha Louise Rappe of Okay; brother, Troy Rappe of Okay; daughters, Amanda (Jeff) Eubanks and Audra (Michael) Moore, both of Muskogee and Jessica Strebel of Fredonia, KS; sons, Anthony Taylor (Rachel) Lee of Pryor, Nick Strebel of Muskogee and Mitchell Strebel; daughters-in-law, Katrina (Stormy) Keefer of Muskogee and Lacey Strebel of Muskogee; nieces, Robyn, Abigail and Grace, all of Wagoner; grandchildren, Rylee, Jackson, Martha, Briar, Ryker, Maverick, Nick, Jr., Shelby, Heath, Nate, Kindell, and Marshall; and grand dogs, Foxy, Loon and a dollop of Daisy; And numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends she loved tremendously. A celebration of Carol’s life will be held 12PM Noon Saturday, April 13, 2024, at First Free Will Baptist Church in Fort Gibson.
