Christopher Dean White, 47, of Richardson, TX, formerly of Fort Gibson, was born June 12, 1975, in Oklahoma City, OK to Terry and Johnice (Carpenter) White and entered his eternal home on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Laredo, TX. Chris grew up and attended Fort Gibson Schools graduating in 1993. He had a love for adventure, from riding broncs and bulls to climbing towers, he excelled in everything he did. Chris was an animal lover and enjoyed taking care of his horses and cattle. He was an exceptional cook and his playlist was full of Red Dirt music. Chris had a love of water and enjoyed taking the family and friends out in his boat. He attended Boulevard Christian Church in Muskogee when he wasn’t working out of town. Being an entrepreneur, Chris recently started his own telecommunications business, Calvary Development, servicing telecommunication towers all over the country. His family was his passion. Unconditional love for his family, friends, and his business was how he lived. Chris will be missed by all that knew him. He was preceded in death by uncle, Ronnie White (Cowboy) and his girlfriend’s son, Maxwell Moore. Chris is survived by his parents, Danny and Johnice Nunley of Fort Gibson; daughter, Alexis Stockton and husband Michael of Fort Gibson; son, Kelly White of Fort Gibson; daughter, Callie Stewart of Fort Gibson; grandson, Joshua Maxwell White of Fort Gibson; sister, Mary Anne Crues of Norman; brothers, Daniel Perry of Tahlequah; and Matthew White of Norman; his girlfriend, Lana Moore and her son Sammy Moore, both of Richardson, TX; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Chris will lie in state 11AM-7PM on Monday, November 14, 2022, with his family receiving friends 5PM-7PM at Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home in Fort Gibson. A celebration of Chris’ life will be held 11AM Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Boulevard Christian Church in Muskogee with Pastor Steve Moss officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow at Citizens Cemetery in Fort Gibson with Kelly White, Paul Horlick, Bandy Gifford, Michael Stockton, Sammy Moore, Andy Horlick, Josh Beavers and Josh Horlick serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers are Danny Nunley, Greg George, Robert Stills, Rodney Stills, Gene Wilson and Clint Hatcher.
