Cheryl Lynn Tollette

June 23, 1972 - March 22, 2020

Cheryl Lynn Tollette, 47, of Fort Gibson, was born June 23, 1972 in Muskogee, OK to Earl and Velma (Blankenship) Tollette and peacefully passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020 in Wagoner, OK with her loving family by her side. She received her Bachelors Degree in Speech Pathology from Northeastern State University, in Tahlequah, OK. She also earned an Associates in Forestry from Bacone College, in Muskogee, OK. Cheryl loved to read and write fantasy stories. Her favorite thing to do was to attend the Renaissance Fair at the Castle of Muskogee. She even participated as a number of different characters from a bar maid to a lady pirate. Her skill of crafts and arts helped those characters come alive. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; William Earl and Betty (Barker) Blankenship of Bolivar, MO; paternal grandparents; William Earl (Buck) and Dessie (Stubbfield) Tollette of Mounds, OK. Cheryl is lovingly survived by her parents; Earl G. and Velma C. Tollette of Wagoner, OK; brother, Robert Tollette and his wife Marilyn of Boynton, OK; sister, Kimberly Goad of Adair, OK and Errol Goad of Shawnee, OK; nephews and nieces, Sean Goad of Tulsa, OK, David Goad of Greenville, S.C., Chelsea Tollette of Muskogee, OK, Devin Tollette of Boynton, OK, Stephen Tollette of Muskogee, OK and one great niece, Persophone Mitchell of Muskogee, OK. Cremation services are provided by Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home, Fort Gibson, OK. A Celebration of Cheryl’s life will be held 2PM Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeff Sloan officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to American Cancer Society, P.O.
