Francis Dwayne Haas Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Francis Dwayne Haas, 80, was born July 10, 1939 in Wagoner, OK to Carl and Helen (Sullivan) Haas and passed away peacefully Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Muskogee, OK. Francis graduated from Muskogee Central High School and went on to enlist in the United States Navy in 1959. He served honorably until 1963. Francis started his career at Zapata Industries in Muskogee, retiring in 2007 as a Line Inspector. He loved bowling in weekly leagues and often traveled to bowling tournaments across the country. He had numerous perfect games of 300, and a special bond with all his bowling buddies. Francis is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Edmond, Kenneth and Jimmy Haas; brother in law, Ed Rougier and great nephew, Kody Adair. He is lovingly survived by his sisters, Judy Rougier of Lakewood, CO; Rowena Anderson of Muskogee, OK; Helen Haas of Muskogee, OK; and brother Eugene Haas of Lexington, NC; extended family and many friends. Francis wishes were to be cremated and placed beside his parents at Citizens Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK. His memorial services will be held 10AM Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Citizens Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK.
