Allan John Kosloski

Allan John Kosloski, 69, changed his earthly address to his heavenly home on December 6th, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, Duanne Kosloski and Shirley Kosloski; his siblings, Steven Kosloski, Marilyn Saltou, and Kevin Kosloski; and his son, Joshua A. Kosloski. He is survived by his wife and best friend of fifty years, Marcia Kosloski; his daughters, Sarah (Billy), Jessica (Jeff), and Elizabeth; and six grandchildren, Lexi, Joseph, Kayla, Jack, Hunter, and Hannah. Born in Minneapolis, MN in 1956, Allan moved with his family to Rochester, MN as a child. He spent untold hours running wild in the woods with his cousins, playing Robin Hood, or quietly reading as many fantasy books as he could find. After high school graduation, he married his high school sweetheart, Marcia. He enlisted in The United States Navy in 1975 and traveled the globe for six years aboard the USS Claude V. Ricketts as an E-6 Petty Officer First Class. Following his military service, he returned to Minnesota with his wife and daughters, where he built a career in IT. He centered his life around faith and family, spending his time camping, playing softball, hosting game nights that included grueling rounds of board games and cards. He was known for stepping up for friends and neighbors when they needed a helping hand with cars, electronics, or home improvement projects. After his grandchildren arrived in Oklahoma, he and Marcia moved there as well. Together, they built their new life around their girls, their grandchildren, their church community, hunting, fishing, and caring for a few cows. Allan was the speed-dial source before Google and ChatGPT existed, and his family never doubted that he could fix anything that had the audacity to break on his watch. Even when his body was tired and worn from battling cancer, Allan continued to look out for his girls. His steadfast faith and commitment to those he loved set an example of loyalty and honor his children and grandchildren hope to emulate. He will be missed here, but his friends and family will always cherish the gift of memories made in laughter and love. A Celebration of Allan’s life will be held 11:00AM Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Muskogee Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Drew Dinnel officiating. Alexis Layton, Joseph Layton, Jack Layton, Kayla Randall, Hunter Randall and Hannah Fones will be serving as casket bearers.
